AViTEQ VIBRATORY TECHNOLOGY
Everything. Except ordinary.
We develop solutions for you with maximum flexibility
At AViTEQ, we are not reluctant to undertake custom or small-batch production. On the contrary: we always show maximum flexibility to develop the best possible solution for you, based on your individual requirements. Our employees can draw on the experience gained from more than 370,000 successfully completed projects.
For more than 80 years, one of our strengths in planning and building vibratory and process engineering machines has been tailoring them to your specific requirements. That is why highly specialized engineers from development, design and engineering work closely together on this customer-specific product development.
We provide in-depth advice throughout the entire project
Technical consulting is a top priority at every stage of a project. Together with you, we have in-depth discussions to identify your ideas and needs as part of a thorough analysis, enabling us to develop the right technical concept to meet your specific requirements and create a tailor-made proposal.
The design and manufacture of the machines and systems are carried out in close consultation with you, the customer. And our consistently certified quality assurance (DIN ISO 9001, ATEX, etc.) ensures throughout the process that the finished product fully meets your requirements and expectations in every respect.

AViTEQ Pure innovation: Technical center & bulk solids laboratory
AViTEQ At , we analyze every step in developing your individual product solution. In our innovative technical center, we test all systems designed for our customers in advance. If possible and desired, we use the original bulk material to simulate its behavior and the specific tasks in the laboratory.
In our bulk materials laboratory, we also analyse a wide variety of bulk materials to determine their properties in terms of conveying, screening and weighing in practice. The collected measurement data, including bulk density, particle size distribution and moisture content, is incorporated into the development of optimised new vibratory systems.
Perfect simulations: The finite element method
AViTEQ At FEM, we use the finite element method (FEM) to improve products and components. By dividing a complex component into a number of smaller “elements,” we determine how our machine responds to real-world conditions, such as specific forces, vibrations, temperatures and other physical influences.
This modern simulation method has proved highly effective—for us, too. Using FEM, we can identify hidden weaknesses before the machine is manufactured and eliminate them by taking corrective measures. In addition to assessing the reliability of a design, FEM can also be used to analyse potential savings, and we share the results directly with our customers.
AViTEQ Absolutely invaluable: the bulk materials database
AViTEQ Over more than 80 years of research and development, we have built a unique database. Thanks to our experience in conveying technology, it contains the most important specific properties of around 3,700 different bulk materials. The range extends from A for aerosil to bauxite, quartz flour and xanthan gum, and finally Z for cellulose.
This archive brings together the results of experimental tests in our bulk solids laboratory as well as countless empirical values from real-world applications. It is a unique and invaluable reservoir of knowledge for our engineers, helping to drive the development of new vibratory systems for various industries and applications.
